My father had a heart attack along with very low heart rate. He was put on temporary pacemaker, had very low cardiac contractility and on angiography had severe 3 vessel disease for which he was advised bypass surgery. Due to high risk bypass was not possible for 1 more week. As a life saving procedure his attack related artery was opened by Dr. Kshitij Dadhe Sir despite the high risk associated with it. My dad regained his heart rate, his blood pressure improved and he improved rapidly thereafter.
